1.     Summary

ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision gear transmission device with thrust pack, which is designed for plastic and rubber screw extruders. The product design shall refer to the technical specifications of cylindrical gear reducer (JB / t8853-2001). Its characteristic is that gear and shaft parts are made of high strength alloy steel. Gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is gb10095-88, grade 6. Hardness of tooth surface hrc54 ~ 62. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with large size thrust bearing, which bears the axial thrust of the screw when it works. The whole machine has the characteristics of small volume, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.

2.     Using Conditions:

•      The maximum input speed of input shaft is not more than 1500r / min
•      The peripheral speed of the gear is not more than 20 m / S;
•      The working environment temperature is - 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃. If it is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil shall be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. The reducer can be used for operation in both positive and negative directions. However, some high-speed shafts are equipped with one-way oil pump. The default direction is: clockwise rotation facing the output shaft and around the residence. If the direction changes, please indicate when ordering.
