NJD (DSN) low-speed backstop (hereinafter referred to as backstop) is designed to meet the development needs of belt conveyor. Our company adopts the latest technology of similar products at home and abroad through technological innovation and adopts the one-way gift box principle of roller on the wedge surface. When the backstop rotates in one direction (i.e. normal operation), the inner ring and roller assembly with precision wedge face rotate together with the drive shaft, the outer ring and the force arm are fixed together, and the lubricating oil film is formed between the roller and the outer ring, so that the free rotation is free of metal contact. Therefore, the idling resistance moment and temperature rise of the backstop are not obvious. The service life is significantly improved.
