ZJY type shaft mounted cylindrical gear reducer

1.      Summary

ZJY series shaft mounted reducer adopts the installation method of directly hanging on the power input shaft of the matching main engine. The connection accessories and reducer installation platform between them are omitted, which are suitable for mechanical transmission of bucket elevator, belt conveyor and scraper conveyor. It can also be matched with other hosts required for installation.

The products are manufactured according to JB / t9050-1999. The main transmission parts are made of high quality alloy steel. After carburizing, quenching and grinding, the machining accuracy of gear is grade 6 (gbi0095.1-2001). The product has small volume, high bearing capacity, long service life, low noise and high efficiency. Compared with ZJ series shaft mounted reducers, the same output torque, zjy weight is only about 30% of ZJ, so the rigidity requirements of several matching main engines are greatly reduced, and the transmission is balanced.

In addition to two-way operation, the product can be equipped with check device according to the needs of users. Realize one-way braking.
