The parameters of this series of reduction motor gears have been optimized and designed. The gears have been forged and made of high-quality alloy with strict heat treatment. The gears have been grinded by the worm wheel gear grinding machine of Swiss reishauer company, and the accuracy has reached grade 5 of GB10095. The frame is made of high-strength cast iron, and has two structures of foot and flange.

When B3 or B5 is installed, the efficiency of the reduction device shall not be less than 96% for single-stage reduction drive, 94% for two-stage reduction drive and 92% for three-stage reduction drive. The insulation level of the motor is B, and the winding level insulation has good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.
