Summary
This product is made of the combination of arc gear drive and planetary gear drive, including two-stage (s42-s122) and three-stage (s73-s123) series of NGW-S planetary gear reducer. The design basis of this product is jb3723-84, which is mainly applicable to the general mechanical equipment of metallurgy, mining and overweight conveyor
Working condition
The maximum speed of high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500r / min
The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 13 m / s.
The working environment temperature is - 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃, when it is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil shall be preheated to above 0 ℃ before start-up, and the temperature reduction measures shall be taken at 45 ℃, which can be operated in forward and reverse directions. (clockwise is the preferred direction)
