1.      Summary

The conical cylindrical gear reducer is an external meshing gear transmission mechanism whose input and output are vertical. The main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gears are manufactured by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding process with accuracy of grade 6. The product has the advantages of high bearing capacity, long service life, small volume, high efficiency, light weight, etc. It is suitable for the transmission device arranged vertically between the output shaft and the input shaft. It is mainly used for various transport machinery such as belt conveyor, and also for various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, petroleum, light industry, etc.

The series standard number of the reducer is JB / t9222-1999, which is a national updated product. It can replace SS type vertical shaft reducer, ZQ, ZL and other old reducer.

2.     Scope of application

• The maximum input speed of input shaft is not more than 1500r / min.
• The peripheral speed of the gear is not more than 20 m / S;
• The working ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ ~ + 45 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil shall be preheated before starting (with electric heating pipe additionally).
